The house Maisonnette de Charme is in a perfect location .
It is located in the heart of Parikia, the most important and authentic village of Paros .
Precisely, it is located in the Kastro: the most characteristic district of the historical center of Parikia .
Between paved streets and stone houses covered with very white lime. Blue windows , bougainvillea plants at the corners, small Orthodox churches .
Here you can find small cafes and old clubs , art galleries and refined shops of clothing and accessories.
A few steps from the wonderful church of Agyos Konstantinos , which stands out in all the photos of Parikia, and the remains of the Venetian castle, better known as Frankish Castle .
Really an impressive scenario !

The house is also close to everything : bars, taverns, restaurants, the market, the supermarket, the emergency room, the port, the bus stop, the gulet stop for the beaches of krios and Marcelo, the beach of Livadia.
Maisonnette de charme, despite being in the center, is located in a quiet street .
Even in the middle of August, you will not hear any disturbing noise at home or on the terrace, and you can stay in total relax .
The terrace is certainly the strong point of the house.
The wide view , over the roofs of the historic center, the surrounding hills and partially the sea, is fantastic!
Away from prying eyes , it is certainly the ideal place to eat, or relax after a day at the beach.
The house is on three levels .
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a 1bathroom (wc, sink and shower with seat),
On the first floor the living room with sofa bed (sleep 1 person) and satellite TV, kitchen with table and chairs and the second bathroom (wc, sink and shower),
On the second floor there is the terrace with pergola.
A comfortable table with director's chairs, a wooden deckchair, sink and drying rack.
