La posizione era migliore di quanto immaginassimo: è possibile raggiungere a piedi molti negozi, ristoranti, la stazione dei traghetti e quella degli autobus! Paola assegna un massimo di kwh (elettricità), che noi non abbiamo neanche raggiunto, tantomeno superato, nonostante fossimo 5 ragazze! Il suo assistente è stato estremamente disponibile e ci ha accolto al momento del check-in! Ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e abbiamo ricevuto molti consigli da entrambi! | Opinion: | House Irini in Kini is a super house, well equipped, and in an amazing position in Kini. It really is only 10m from one end of the long sandy beach, with crystal clear water that goes the width of the bay. It is shallow with a sandy bottom a long way out, protected by the narrower entrance to the bay, which makes it perfect for families. There is a small quiet café just behind the beach opposite the house, which is screened from the house with tamarisk trees. The cafe has sun beds and parasols. Eirini's house has a wonderful sense of space with three large terraces, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. An alternative to the beach is to sit there and enjoy the view over the bay. The house is only a few minutes walk from two of the tavernas, which overlook the bay. It is a quiet resort for families and older people, a few very small hotels, private rented houses, and rent rooms. So there is no noise disturbance to the house. We intend to book Eirini's house again next year. (October 2023) |

L'interno era molto pulito, ben tenuto ed era molto confortevole. Il terrazzo sul tetto era il momento clou di questo posto dove ci si può divertire e avere una buona vista della città. La proprietaria è stata molto reattiva nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda avessimo. La posizione di questo posto era molto vicino a ristoranti, bar e spiagge. | Opinion: | This is the absolute best place to stay in paros. you’re right in the heart of parikia with lots of shops and restaurants etc around you. with streets more picturesque than you imagined greece looks like. mr colin arranges to pick you up and checks you in personally himself and lives next door if you need anything during your stay. both him and the host (paola) are attentive with communicating, suggesting things to do you with your stay and the best way to go about it. we stayed a week and it was perfect amount. would 100% stay again :) |

| Opinion: | This apartment, with etchings of mythical scenes and old steamships on the walls, was a lovely place to feel at home on Paros. Situated in a typical old town alley, with a roof accessed by a spiral staircase, we felt like we were visiting a local friend. And Colin, who greeted us right off the ferry, gave us great tips of where to eat in town as well as on walking trips inland. It was a high point of our 6 week trip through Italy and Greece to stay here. |

| Opinion: | I stayed in Studio Dioniso for one week and I highly recommend it. It's a small place but located in the best area of Parikia, right in the old town.And for me it was enough. It is well organized: there is everything, from the iron to the washing machine, to a table outside, in the alley, where I had my cafe while working with my pc. The internet connection is very good. The bed is fantastic, everything new. Hope to come back soon. Thank you Paola! |

| Opinion: | La casa di Paola ha un fascino pazzesco. Posizionata in un piccolo vicolo nel centro storico, in un vicolo senza rumori. La terrazza sul tetto è fantastica. Ha una vista ampia e libera dove rilassarsi. Il mare è a 5 minuti, la spiaggia a 15. Il porto e i negozi a 10 metri. L'accoglienza perfetta. Ci ho lasciato il cuore. Alla prossima!! |

| Opinion: | La maison de Paros a un charme fou. Située dans une petite ruelle de la vieille ville légèrement en dehors de la zone touristique. Il n'y a pas de bruits. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique. La mer est à 5mn, la plage à 15mn; le port à 10mn et les boutiques à 10m. L'accueil est parfait. Colin est très réceptif et gentil. Parikia est riche en restaurants et je recommande le Mira, sur le front de mer. Bref, n'hésitez pas une seconde. Cette maison est parfaite! |

È situata in una posizione ottimale per spostarsi in pieno centro di Parakia ma in una stradina molto, silenziosa, insomma ve la consiglio io ci ho lascito il ❤ |

| Opinion: | We were the first guests in Irini's house. The house is very comfortable and feels like someone's loved home. Upstairs bedrooms with balconies are charming. Downstairs kitchen and livinroom are functional. In backyard is plenty of space to dry towels and clothes . Location of the house is great , close the beach, restaurants, mini market, bus stop etc. From the balconies you could follow the life around. Communication with the staff was very easy and we got a lot of information about Kini and Syros before and during our stay. The staff answered to our questions quickly. We will recommend Irini's house very warmly to anyone who wants to enjoy Kini, the atmosphere of a small Greek village. |

| Opinion: | Well are renting a traditional house in the old kastro area of Parikia just a few steps from the Church Agyos Konstantinos and the Frankish castle. It is extremely central to all the attractions and shops Taverna's etc as well as being in easy reach of the port and beaches. The house is well equipped and has everything you require for a short or long stay on the island It is despise being close to everything very peaceful especially at night and in our opinion a perfect location. We found this on the below Web Site which is run by a friendly and professional Italian lady called Paola who we have had the pleasure of meeting over a coffee whilst here on the island, as she owns another property close to where we are staying which is also available for rent. So if you are considering visiting Paros then I would have no hesitation in recommending Paola"s Web Site and properties as your base. Through from initial enquiry, pre trip planning and payment she will respond to your enquiries quickly and with total professionalism |

| Opinion: | We had the pleasure of staying at the House of Meltemi for 8 weeks this summer 2022. We can't stress enough how professional all our dealing go with Paolo we're re this booking and at ever step she was available to help and assist us so I have no hesintation in recommending booking with her. The Meltemi house is in the same street as Paola's and therefore benefits from the same excellent location which h is close to all the attractions and amenities but remains peaceful and quiet. The house is a decent size and is well equipped, it has excellent WiFi, a small but perfectly functional bathroom. It has a nice terrace to sit on that gets both sun particular in the morning and then shade in the afternoon as the temperature rises. We really enjoyed our extended stay here and are happy to recommend this traditional house for a stay in beautiful Paros. |

C'est une maison de ville authentique. Très bien équipée et confortable, c'est la maison idéale pour découvrir la vie à Paros été comme hiver. Chez Paola, vous ferez l'expérience de la Grèce. Inoubliable.

| Opinion: | Very cozy in the center of the settlement. A quiet street with 2 lovely calico cats guarding the passage, so it's very safe. The twin sisters do accept treats as payment for their services. The terrace on the roof has sunset views and is very private. The shower on the main level is actually very nice, with good pressure and hot water with a lot of room to maneuver. |

| Opinion: | We had an amazing time at Paolas Place. The pictures really don't do it justice. It's located in the beautiful old Town of Parikia with restaurants, beaches and suparmarkets just around the corner. The size of the place is perfect for two people and the terraces are great to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. All communication run smoothly and we were welcomed very warmly by Stella. I can only recommend staying here! |

| Opinion: | Nous avons passé un agreable sejour sur cette ile. Nous recommandons les splendides yogurts et ces delicieuses plages. Les yogurts sont á coté du port. Nous recommandons aussi d'aller visiter les Eglises de l'ile qui sont d'une beauté historique et architecturales. Nous avons particulierement apprecié les plages d'Aliky, Naousa, Marcello. La terrace de la maison est tres agreable et la maison est confortable, bien amenagée et bien située. Paola est toujours disponible. Les hamburger de chez "Nick" sont geants et délicieux. |

Abbiamo passato una buona settimana. Per il nostro anniversario e il mio compleanno abbiamo comprato un regalo dalla tua vicina Olympia, molto gentile e disponibile. Mi permetto di consigliare il Little Green Rocket, cibo curioso e non banale. La nostra spiaggia preferita é stata Marcello. Chissá che non decidiamo di comprare casa qui anche noi!! :-) p.s. Anche noi abbiamo lasciato dei nostri sassi per la collezione. |

| Opinion: | We really enjoyed staying at Paola's place! She gave us lots of useful information. She was really friendly, helpful and professional! The house is situated centrally in the little streets of Parikia and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, as well as the double bed really comfy! Traditionally decorated and respecting the local architecture. The terrace of the house overlooking the rooftops of Parikia was the highlight of the house. We totally recommend this place. Ideal for a couple or a family with two children. Thanks Paola, we will come again! |

| Opinion: | Ciao Paola, volevamo ringraziarti per averci fatto scoprire un'isola così bella. La gente molto cordiale, il cibo inaspettatamente ottimo (grazie anche per i consigli). | Opinion: | 7 jours à Paros, 7 jours merveilleux où nous avons vècu de belles aventures avec nos enfants Julius (10 ans), Clara (6 ans), Isabella et Alexandra (4 ans)! Jouer au chat perchè dans les rues du vieux Paros; sauter d'un rocher à l'autre au bord d'une eau turquoise; s'essayer au grec; regarder les bateux rentrer au port... Merci à Paola et stefano pour leur adorable maison et leurs bonnes adresses! Nous aimerions ajouter: - Vanilla: le meilleur et le plus kids friendly glacier de Paros! - Aroma: la cuisine grecque et la gentilesse de Caroline, francaisetombèe amoureuse d'un grec et d'une ile! - Souvlaki tou pepe: gyros à 3 euro ...simplement dèliceux! |

| Opinion: | En vacances avec nos enfants de 7 et 9 ans, nous avons beaucoupapprecieé l'ile et la maison! Tres beau logement, bien équipé et des affeices de base á la cuisine et la salle de bains. Le petit plus qui fait la difference! Nous sommes allés en ferry á Naxos, une chouette experience et une tres jolie ville avec plage agreable á dix minutes a pied du port. Sinon, nous avons visité Paros en bus, c'est tres facile! Bon séjour aux nouveaux arrivants. Merci pour l'accueil et Merci á Paola pour les info :-) |

| Opinion: | Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite maison pleine de charme, très bien située à Parikia. Sur trois niveaux, très propre et joliment agencée. La maisonnette est à proximité du port et des bus, des restaurants et commerces, dans une ravissante petite rue. La grande terrasse offre une belle vue dégagée sur la ville et les alentours et derrière le muret on voit la mer. L’accueil sur place a été chaleureuse. Paola nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses et conseils utiles . On n'a qu'une envie, revenir ! |

| Opinion: | This was a beautiful and restful place to stay for a week. The layout of the house being on three floors might be difficult for some. For us it was fine, and provided extra division between sleeping and living space. We especially enjoyed evenings on the roof terrace. The house has plenty of cooking equipment. We bought ingredients from the farmers down by the seafront, and from butcher and fishmongers. Really fun. In addition, Paola provided us with excellent suggestions for meals out - they were spot on. I would highly recommend this place, and would love to come back in the future. |

| Opinion: | I can say Paros is a beautiful island and Paola’s house is not exception to the matter. The house has three lovely floors with everything guests can ask for, for either short or longer stays. It is spacious with nice bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of both the ocean, the city of Parikia and the mountains. I definitely recommend this for everyone looking to spend time in Paros. | Opinion: | I enjoyed every minute of my stay in Paola's house. I highly recommend to stay there visiting Parikia and Paros. Situated right in the center of town, but away from the too touristy areas. Few minutes away from port and beach, tastefully furnished. Last but not leaste Paola is a lovely host. I will come back! |

Bien arrangée à l’intérieur, sobre et de bon goût, elle a tous les équipements de base (cafetière, machine à laver, séchoir à cheveux, fer à repasser...). La terrasse est une pépite. L’emplacement est parfait, dans une rue calme mais à proximité de tout. Paola nous a donné de trés bon conseil et très réactifs lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous espérons y revenir et nous recommandons pleinement ! |

| Opinion: | La maison de Paola est un lieu charmant pour vivre à l'heure de Parikia. Très bien placée dans le centre, juste à l'écart de la rue principale et ainsi épargnée par le bruit. La construction traditionnelle la rend très plaisante lors des moment de sieste car elle conserve la fraîcheur naturelle du lieu. La terrasse le soir est un enchantement lors du coucher de soleil. Il n'y a pas de meilleur lieu pour ressentir la douceur de cette île. Les conseils de Paola en matière de sortie et de restauration sont judicieux. Nous y avons toujours trouvé notre bonheur. Enfin, son accueil est prévenant et efficace. Bref, un lieu privilégié que nous recommandons chaleureusement. |
